Average salaries have increased
We are pleased to report that average digital salaries have increased across all age groups from £50,698 in 2022, to £55,334 this year.
Could it be that digital companies are accommodating for the financial changes and economic uncertainty that we are facing? Find out for FREE in the full report.
The digital industry appears to be male dominated
Our results show that 74% of respondents are male, 24% are female and 2% are transgender or gender neutral. Although these results differ slightly from last year, it still looks like the digital industry is male dominated.
The may be surprised when looking at the seniority by gender results – take a look!
Digital leadership teams are lacking diversity
We asked our respondents to share their thoughts about diversity and inclusion, specifically in their teams. When asked ‘On a scale of 1-10, how diverse is your leadership team’ the overall score was 4.8, which is shockingly low for such an accessible industry.
