Paid Social Executive required to join the fastest growing digital agency in the UK. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team assisting with paid social campaign strategies. What you will be doing:

  • Setting up paid social campaigns and driving client results
  • Managing daily spend through manual, automated and machine learning led bid optimisation
  • Communicating with clients, planning, and reporting
  • Monitoring analytics dashboards, reporting tools and evaluating performance
  • Working with the team to manage projects and timelines

 

Ideally, your skills and experience will include:

 

  • Understanding of paid social, SEO, PPC and social tools
  • Strong analytical skills and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ambition to progress and a hunger to learn

It would be great if you also had:

My client helps graduates to slingshot their careers, connecting with young, enthusiastic individuals from all backgrounds. In this role as a Performance Marketing Manager, you will help to lead the development and execution of their Paid Media Strategy.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Taking ownership of paid media campaigns to help drive results, overlooking the acquisition of new members to their free platform and traffic from their key demographic.
  • Create & Optimise campaigns across social media platforms to help drive down CPAs for acquisition.
  • Look at new and exciting ways to engage and build the brand to assist in acquiring more students at a cost-effective rate
  • Creating content that resonates with a student audience
  • Liaising with PPC/SEO Agencies on campaigns to make sure that the best results possible are achieved
  • Managing of media budget and allocating resources across the relevant channels.

 

Required Skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing and a solid history of developing and implementing high-quality campaigns.
  • Experienced in achieving on target CPAs/CPCs in paid media, social, PPC, and remarketing.
  • Execution of campaigns from start to finish, from idea development to set up and optimisation
  • Pro-active self-starter and strong team player, keen to work in a high-growth and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with managing media budgets, with efficient and cost-effective solutions
