If you can’t wait until then, we have got you covered. Following on from our first sneak peek of digital insights, we thought we would share a few more teasers to really get you excited for the final report.
Have digital salaries increased?
Who saw their fortunes change? Each year, we ask our respondents how their salary changed in the last 12 months. It is great to see a huge uplift in people who saw an increase. 26% more than last year to be exact. The pandemic caused uncertainty, though it finally seems things are looking brighter.
Hybrid working in digital
When discussing what questions to include in our 2022 questionnaire, we knew hybrid working was going to be a hot topic. Countless industries, not just the digital sector, have adapted to a hybrid model to not only attract staff, but to retain existing staff.
50% of respondents are working in a hybrid model, be it 2 days at home or 2 days at the office. We have also seen an increase in respondents saying that remote working, fully or hybrid, is essential in a role. We’re sure you are not surprised to hear that! We look forward to sharing more insights on this topic with you.
Work-life balance in digital
When the pandemic first began, work-life balance was a tricky subject. While people were working remotely, finding the balance was tough. Without a commute, many people ended up doing more work than ever. Is this the case in 2022? The outlook is definitely more positive – this is likely due to the hybrid working insights. In fact, the number of people who are happy with their work-life is the highest it has ever been! The report will be full of more details on workplace happiness, so make sure you don’t miss them.
