The goal will be for teams to improve collaboration, while managers ensure people are not overworked.

Tackling Covid-19 uncertainty: It was hard not to worry when the pandemic became global news. We suddenly saw management teams helping teams adapt. Meanwhile, employees found themselves working at home. Have you thought how you can use these changes to your advantage? Encourage ways in which the team can improve productivity. Also, keeping the team connected will continue to be a big goal.

A focus on customer retention: The beauty of the digital industry is staying connected. However, does this mean customers and clients will remain loyal? 35% of respondents shared that focusing on existing customers will be just as important than customer acquisition.
