We used TechNET Digital to find us an IT junior as I’d been talking with them for quite some time. I have worked with TechNET on a number of roles we have been trying to recuit for this year. I have found them to be personable and knowledgeable about the market. Importantly they also understand the right level of contact needed. Making contact with TechNET was easy, largely because I have a good previous professional working relationship with Parminder Toor. Once a brief and last minute job-spec was outlined in email and confirmed by phone, Par and Ed were able to issue across almost immediately a sample of CVs.
The quality of the CVs were appropriate for the requirements however it was clear there can be delays with getting contract confirmation of the candidates we initially selected. This was outside of TechNET’s control but rather just poor response times from potential candidates. Reassuringly, Ed had a backup supply of other suitably matched CVs and within 1-day we had sourced and confirmed x4 contractors to start the following week on a 2-week contract.
