I was initially contacted by Simon Topps on the 8th of December regarding a position I was not immediately experienced for (requiring over 5yrs commercial experience), however Simon was able to see beyond my little commercial experience (1yr placement at Oracle) and realised that my expertise and my personality would be a perfect fit for this non-entry level job position (bearing in mind I am a fresh graduate).
