With a similar increase from the previous year, it’s great to see steady growth in the average digital salary. It means digital professionals are having those salary conversations and will value roles where competitive salaries are offered to them.

How have salaries changed for digital professionals?

Over half of our respondents (59%) noted an increase in their salary, while 34% reported no change. Finally, only 7% experienced a decrease. While it’s a positive step to see the majority receiving a pay rise, there is still a significant number who saw no change. While it could be down to accepting a new role or expecting a promotion at a later date, it once again shows that more conversations need to be had…and digital leaders should be making these as transparent as possible to retain the best staff.
