Joined as our Client Services Manager in February 2013
Shayne comes from a multi-sector client focused background, with over 11 years of IT recruitment experience. His remit has so far covered Telecommunications, Government, Defence, Finance, Banking, Retail and e-commerce, and he has nurtured relationships with a significant number of public sector and blue chip clients.
Shayne’s achievements at TechNET Digital have seen him drive continuous improvement across the business. Shayne’s current role at TechNET Digital sees him leading strategy, staff development and all sales activities across TechNET Digital as a whole.

Shayne was part of the inaugural “Academy” for the Impellam group’s future leaders programme. The programme was a fast track to leadership, designed to give gifted and ambitious individuals all the tools to be successful in the recruitment industry. From over 1000 Impellam employees, Shayne was one of only 9 selected candidates to take part in the Academy, and one of only 6 to graduate; exemplifying why TechNET Digital are so pleased that Shayne decided to join our expanding and dynamic team.
Outside of work, Shayne enjoys keeping fit by playing football and going to the gym. He supports Arsenal football club, and is a season ticket holder (which is pretty painful these days).
