The highly anticipated Digital Salary Survey 2025 is launching very soon! As we launch our latest edition, we’re excited to share the newest insights into digital salaries, hiring trends and industry shifts.
Before the full report is released, we wanted to give you an exclusive sneak peek at some of the key findings you can expect.
Stay tuned for the official launch right here! Let’s dive in…
Please note that these insights are based on data collected during the survey period and may be subject to change. They offer an early glimpse into the trends shaping 2025.
Salaries – are they on the rise?
It’s a digital salary survey, so we’re here to talk money! In 2024, 54% of our respondents said they had received a pay rise in the last 12 months. What has happened since? We’re please to report that this figure has increased to 60% in our latest questionnaire. While the final results are yet to come, it’s a promising start for 2025!
Fully remote or hybrid working – what’s the popular choice?
Last year, 56% of respondents said they work best when they are fully remote, 5 days a week. It seems there has been a shift since then. Now, 47% prefer a hybrid model while 45% want to be fully remote. This shift suggests that while remote work remains highly valued, more professionals are now seeking a balance between home and office environments to bring some variety to their working lives.
Are new digital opportunities on the horizon?
At the start of the year, it’s common for people to assess their current career progress and what they want to do next. We asked our respondents when they plan to look for their next role. 36% said from now to the next six months, while 31% said they have no plans to look for a new role. It’s a good sign of a dynamic job market for hiring managers, while also highlighting the importance of employee retention strategies.
Stay tuned for the 2025 Digital Salary Survey launch!
