I am now half way through my second week with KCOM and thought it was about time I wrote a few lines to say thank you. Throughout this opportunity, from first contact, pre and post both first and second interviews you provided valuable support and re-assurance. At every stage you delivered on what you stated and helped reassure me the role was right for me. I also have no doubt that KCOM believed the same too, ie I was right for the role. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending you to any of my friends or former colleagues when seeking new roles. Although unfortunately I doubt there will be a vacancy here again, in this particular role for a long time.

Your initial enthusiasm for my fit to the role was what first impressed me, and that enthusiasm was sustained throughout the recruitment process. I also appreciated the status updates, even if it was just to say “nothing is happening”, and the quick response to my queries was also good at keeping the stress levels tolerable!
