Senior Product Design Manager to join an expanding team in the Decentralized Communications Space.

Some of what you will be doing:

• Craft new features, which are both extravagant and fit for the purpose
• Apply User-Centric design and enjoy the opportunity to iterate regularly
• Illustrate design ideas with design comps, user flows, storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Design concepts that scale by contributing to and using design systems with Figma
• Collaborate with product and engineering team
• Roll on ad hoc design projects like creating bundles for conferences

Ideally, your skills and experience will include:

• Have 3 years’ experience in a human centred design experience
• In-depth knowledge of UX skills such as wire-framing, rapidly prototyping and conducting user research
• Ability to create beautiful products, being able to balance craft, speed, and technical limitations
• Having already been embedded in cross-functional teams
• Able to untangle technical concepts and be an ally to the engineer function
